Ingredients

500g icing sugar
250g Stork Baking Margarine
2 pkts Marie Biscuits, crushed quite finely
2 dessert spoons of sifted cocoa powder
1 cup coconut
¼ cup Glace Cherries (optional)
3 eggs lightly beaten

Step by step method

  1. Melt the Stork Bake over low heat in a large saucepan.
  2. Add the icing sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Mix in the beaten eggs and coconut and glace cherries - if used. Remove from the heat and mix in the crushed

  5. Press into a greased dish and cool in the fridge.
  6. Cut into the desired sizes and store in an airtight container.
