Ingredients

125g Stork Bake
125ml white sugar
125ml brown sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
1.75cups self raising flour
0.5tsp salt
125g chocolate chips
50g chopped nuts

Step by step method

  1. Cream the Stork Bake with the white and brown sugar. Add vanilla essence and the egg, beating well.
  2. Mix in sifted flour and salt. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  3. Shape spoonfuls of mixture into balls and place on well-greased baking trays. Space evenly and allow room for spreading.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
