Cream the Stork Bake with the sugar.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
Add the flour and the milk alternately, adding the milk mixture in small amounts.
In another bowl, mix 2 heaped tablespoons of sifted cocoa powder with 2 heaped tablespoons of castor sugar.
Pour in enough milk (about 2 tablespoons) to make a thick paste. Then add 3 tablespoons of the first mixture to this and stir well.
Grease a ring tin well and place ½ the white mixture into the tin in spoonfuls, then spoon all the chocolate mixture over the white mixture, followed by the rest of the white mixture.
Bake in an oven which has been preheated to 190ºC for approx. 50 minutes.
